Slowly as the entities fell around Vain making a familiar pile of copses, Vain felt his sanity slowly return to him.
Almost half an hour later Vain could see clearly as the entities didn't stop, but were slowing down their incoming pace. It was also at this time that the rage was no longer able to cover the extreme pain of his injuries all around.
A little more than ten minutes later Vain could only think about what he could do to escape the entities as his injuries kept getting worse and worse while the entities seemed to be neverending. As he also noticed Abigale was sitting on the ground unable to stand to go to safety by herself.
Suddenly as Vain's mind finally became completely clear he remembered the fruit that he had in his bag. Kicking away the Skin Stealer Vain opened his bag and threw the fruit in another direction before he began to run to Abigale and help her up.
