"Who's there?" Alberto asked, looking out the window to see who it was. His eyes caught Gavin immediately and he heaved a sigh of relief.
"Gavino," Alberto cried and opened the door. Gavin fell to the floor and Alberto rushed to pick him up. "Gavin are you all right?" Gavin did not reply. He was too weak to speak.
"Water," he managed to mutter. "I need a little water." Alberto turned to face his boys who were standing around. "You heard him didn't you? Come on, go get him a glass of water."
