Chapter 35 - Chapter 35 A Hint

The fight between the Brown Orc and Randolph was almost reaching its climax.

"Drip…"

Blood flowed from Randolph's temple. However, this did not reduce his speed in combat. His auto cure skill is still his main aid during this battle.

Meanwhile, things were different for the orc that resembled a pig. He was more worried. His giant mace had been shattered into two pieces, and the armor he was wearing had visibly cracked in several places. Blood was also seen running down his cheeks, nose, and mouth. His left leg was injured from the attack given by Randolph.

"Ugh, it turns out that you are strong too, kid. You managed to corner me like this. However, I will not give up that easily. My job is to protect the door," said the Orc.

The orc limped towards Randolph who was also surviving without his newest flagship skill. The werewolf mode had passed exactly five minutes ago.

[Dammit… this pig is on par with the orcs I fought in Deathroot Forest. However, I must make the most of this opportunity. In a little while I will be able to beat him]

"Dash..."

Randolph was once again running fast. He kicked the orc's left waist but was parried. Randolph didn't give up, he give a jab several times at the orc's face but was still parried back.

"You let your guard down," Randolph muttered.

With a fast tempo, Randolph kicked right at the injured Orc's leg.

"Gwah..."

The kick weakened his defense.

"Blast Kick level 5"

A measured kick hit the orc's neck and head. Fresh blood came out of his mouth again. Not finished there, Randolph tried to slam him backward.

"Slam..."

Randolph managed to slam the orc which has a height of 190 cm. While the orc was still trying to focus itself, Randolph made a lock on the orc's upper body, especially its arms and neck which made him panic.

"Errgh...damn, I can't breathe! Let it go...you bastard!!"

The orc moved its body so that he could get away from Randolph. However, these movements make him even more breathless.

"Hah… give it up… or you'll break your neck," replied Randolph who was also starting to run out of breath.

The orc didn't seem to care about Randolph's words.

"Nonsense... My neck won't break that easily," replied the Orc.

"You're a pretty good opponent for me. However, this is the end"

Randolph tightened as he put a lock on the orc's arms and neck. Not long after, there was quite a loud voice.

"Crack..."

"Thud"

When the orc's neck was broken, the orc's body that had barely managed to stand on its knees suddenly fell to the ground and didn't move.

"Congratulations on defeating the Brown Orc"

"You have successfully leveled up"

[Randolph Exhales]

Randolph deactivated all of his boosting skills. He lay right beside the body of the Brown Orc.

"I'm still far from strong. Fighting an elite monster like this drains all my strength" grumbled Randolph who was panting.

"So you're exhausted, huh?" said someone whose existence Randolph hadn't even thought of.

The voice subconsciously made Randolph shudder. Randolph tried to get up but there was a notification that made him feel cornered. Even as he was about to respond to the figure, not the slightest sound came out of his mouth and his vision of the figure started to blurry.

"Fatigue: 85/100"

"You get the Blind debuff"

"You get the Paralyze debuff"

"You get the Silence debuff"

[Since when did these three debuffs hit me? Who is this figure?]

"Hahaha...don't put on a tense expression like that. I just wanted to ask you for a little help. You know Pride, right? You seem to be very close to him"

[Who is this person? Why did he know about Mr. Baphomet?]

The figure began to approach Randolph slowly, just as the figure was about to touch Randolph's face, another voice sounded that made the figure and Randolph startled.

"Don't you dare touch that boy, Andromalius. Especially with that cheap brainwashing skill of yours"

Andromalius stopped his action. Now, his gaze turned towards the voice.

"Hahaha...how dare you come here. Aren't you afraid of those white doves? Moreover, their subordinates have also been looking for you"

This time it was the figure who burst into laughter. You should be the one to be wary because you're the only one here right now.

"Bam..."

The figure threw a smoke bomb that made Andromalius furious.

"Swosh..."

Andromalius dispelled the smoke with his breath. When his vision returned to clear Randolph and the figure already disappeared.

"Damn you Shadow! How dare you underestimate me!

"Boom..."

From behind Andromalius came a sound that shook the ground in the courtyard.

"It seems that you have caused trouble in this holy land, Andromalius" Another figure landed in the courtyard.

A person with a total of twelve white-colored wings on his back. Wearing armor and carrying a golden polearm, beneath the helmet he wore, his skin was as white as pearl.

"You look healthy Michael. I wonder if you want to prosecute me for shaking your fostered land or are you after something else. Hahaha," Andromalius teased.

"Stop your bullshit!" Michael snapped.

Andromalius didn't seem fazed when Michael snapped at him.

"I should be the one saying that. Stop all this nonsense, and take off your masks. I know you guys want the same thing too. You also know, if what I've been doing here isn't too much trouble for you guys. Think about my offer."

"After you ravaged the Alamove, you wanted to run away? Did you think I'd just let you go?"

Andromalius laughed again. He waved his hand at Michael.

"Well then, how about I end this game of slavery in this your sacred land, and I'll give you a hint for the both of us?"

Michael's expressions did not appear to refuse the request.

"Okay, I'll let you go this time. However, it's not that easy either. If you disturb this land one more time within these 10 years, then we Angels will not remain silent"

"Shit, 10 years isn't a long time for us but a long time for humans. I won't be able to promise that until we, The Demons get what we want"

Andromalius was seen taking a step back from Michael without turning back his body.

"For now we will also disappear from your land for a while. The hint I will give you is, to keep a close watch on the child that Shadow brought just now. It is possible that he could become a gold coin to all of us...

"Hey guys, back off for now!," added Andromalius whose voice echoed once more throughout the Alamove.

Michael seemed to be frowning when he saw Andromalius disappear from before him. Not long after, Michael also left the place without saying anything.

"You are indeed number one in making matters more complicated, Shadow," said someone who was seen leaning on one of the balconies of a building located a few kilometers from the Alamove kingdom.

Behind him was Randolph sleeping on a bed. Beside him was Shadow who took off his mask.

"No life is safe from a trouble, and you know that too"
