"Dear..."
"Wake up...it's already morning. How long do you want to sleep?"
Randolph tried to open his eyes which were still heavy. When he was able to open his eyes, he saw a very strange roof.
"Ugh...my head..."
A woman's voice groaned beside her.
"It's your fault. I told you not to drink too much alcohol, after all, you promised to take the kids to school today didn't you?"
Randolph was stunned by those words.
[Drinking alcohol? Sending children to school?]
This time Randolph once again focused his gaze. He tried to see who the woman beside him was.
"You...who are you?!," Randolph was a little taken aback as he managed to see the woman beside him.
A woman who was in her early thirties, had shoulder-length black hair and fair skin looked strangely at him. The woman brought the back of her palm to Randolph's forehead.
"Hmm... your body temperature is normal, dear. However, how much did you drink last night? To the point where you forgot your wife?"
Randolph came back in disbelief.
"Haah? Wife? Since when did I have a wife?"
The woman pulled Randolph's arm gently to make Randolph get up from his bed, She draped a towel on Randolph's shoulder.
"Hurry up and take a shower, then go downstairs for breakfast. Don't be too long or the kids will be late," The woman pushed Randolph towards the bathroom located not far from the bedroom after he got out of bed.
In the bathroom, as Randolph splashed his body with water, a thought flashed through.
[Where did I see that woman huh? She's very familiar. Is it a dream?]
Many thoughts were running through Randolph's brain. However, none of them answered.
He decides to find out what happened in a way to let things happen as they are. Randolph descended the stairs from his room which was on the second floor.
In the dining room of the house, Randolph found two children, a boy, and a girl, one of whom smiled at him and the other gave him a frown.
"Morning dad...you woke up late...," a boy suddenly ran towards him. The boy took Randolph towards the dining table.
Randolph then looked at another angle where there was a girl who was much older than the boy earlier. The girl barely uttered a word until she stopped her last bite of her bread.
"Did you forget your promise yesterday to us, dad?" the girl looked annoyed.
As Randolph was trying to answer the girl's question, the woman who had woken Randolph earlier offered Randolph a breakfast.
"Let your father eat first. After that, we will go together"
Randolph didn't say much that day. His mind was running here and there. He doesn't understand how he ended up in a foreign city and he doesn't even know what happened to him.
As night fell, his wife questioned him.
"Dear, what's wrong with you today? You're weird, you're not acting like you normally would"
Randolph looked deeply into his wife's face. He still couldn't figure out who the woman was right in front of his face. Before long, a sight interrupted his strange thoughts. A large mound made him think of something else.
"Looks like this thing will make me remember everything..." Randolph replied happily.
The movement took the woman by surprise, but soon she made a sweet, intoxicating smile for Randolph, "Haha...okay dear if that's what you want"
Randolph gave her a quick peck on the lips, then he looked at her whose cheeks were now as red as boiled crab. He kissed her lips again, longer. Then the kiss turned into a hug. Bravely, he licked and smacked those tiny lips.
The sudden attack from Randolph made the woman a little confused, but before long the woman managed to turn things around. That woman released a kiss on Randolph's lips, he moved to explore Randolph's neck. He tried to lick Randolph's neck and moved down to the chest area.
But Randolph was adamant not to submit to the woman. Randolph licked the woman's long neck. Before long he was in control, he squeezed the woman's chest which made the woman let out a groan.
"Argh..."
"Hmph...you seem very passionate, my wife," Randolph praised.
Suddenly that woman stopped Randolph's movement on her. She stared intently at Randolph.
"Did you just say that? You've never called me that before, dear," the woman's face suddenly sharpened. Her tone became high, "Could it be that you also forgot your wife's name?!"
Randolph stuttered at the words that suddenly slipped from the woman's mouth. Suddenly the woman slapped Randolph in the face quite hard.
"Ahhh... this feeling of slap, I've felt it once"
"Host is in an unconscious state"
"Unknown system will update the system"
"Unknown system will keep the host from waking up during updates"
A few hours after Agneshia carried Randolph back to the town of Sedes Sapia, the monster Centauros suddenly moved swiftly towards them. Centauros is a monster with the upper body of a human and the lower body and legs of a horse. Centauros monsters are A-rank monsters. Usually, Centauros will move in hordes. The group usually consists of as many as 50 individuals.
Since Agneshia thought it would be troublesome when she decided to fight with that many mobs while carrying Randolph, she decided to hide from them in an uninhabited cave for the time being until things settled down.
While exhausted from being awake, Agneshia suddenly fell asleep. Suddenly she felt something like a soft kiss on her lips, licking her neck until something squeezed her chest. When she opened her eyes, she realized what had happened to her.
"Slap..."
Agneshia slapped Randolph in the face with her palm. Surprisingly, Randolph didn't wake up from his sleep even though Agneshia hit him.
"Damn it... pervert... how can he grope and kiss me when I'm asleep..."
When Agneshia realized everything, she suddenly blushed again. Her face turned red. The girl raved to herself. Tears almost rolled down the corners of her eyes.
"My first kiss is done when both of us are unconscious. That's very cheating!"
"Whack...."
"Whack..."
This time Agneshia kicked Randolph's body. However, Randolph was still sleeping peacefully.
Agneshia didn't know what to do. Her heart was beating fast. She had a feeling she couldn't contain. She spoke words that were not following her conscience.
"Ugh...if only I wasn't carrying you, I would have killed all the Centauros monsters chasing us a few hours ago."
Agneshia sat back down and leaned her body against the wall of the cave and looked at Randolph with a sweet, meaningful smile.
