"But doctor mark what exactly should I talk about, you are her doctor what do you think can make her happy and chatty, because in her condition I can't make any mistakes by talking randomly". asked the nurse
"The only thing that can get her talking is about this baby, she loves him a lot, infact she loves the baby more than her self,so maybe you should try asking her what name she wanna give her baby when it's born " answered doctor mark....
Melissa's POV..
I was so tired,so I decided to shut my eyes for some minutes, but before I could even accomplish that some annoying nurse came into my field vision,as if she was trying to kiss me or something,I really wanted to tell her a piece of my mind,but I didn't even have the strength so I just ignored her, I thought she was going to keep shut and just do whatever she was asked to do but know she just had to open her mouth.
"hi, are u excited to see your baby, he's almost here" said the nurse.
I really wanted to ignore her, but what she said caught my attention,
"what did you say my baby's gender is again"I asked in a very low tone , it literally felt like I just used all my strength just to ask that question.
"oh so you didn't go for scan ,am sorry I just spoilt the surprise,but yes your baby is a boy,and he's some health baby,he looks big for a premature baby, well that's a good thing though,so have you thought of a name for him yet"she asked
I was so happy to talk about my baby that I almost forgot about the painful feeling I've been bearing since, " am so glad to hear that my baby is healthy,I was planning on naming my baby if it turned out to be a girl she will be called Janet diamond Wayne and if it's a boy he will be James Desmond Wayne" I replied to her questions.
"it's a nice name,so your baby's name is James Desmond Wayne, I noticed that both names started with the same later, and you called them Wayne,why didn't you chose your Las name which is smith" asked the nurse
"well I choose those letters because of the people bearing similar name,my baby's father was named Damian and his last name is Wayne,and the letter "J" is from a very good friend of my you lost her life just to safe me, her name was Jessica"
"oh now I see_. arrrgh my scream cut her short of the word she was about to say,
I was calming myself down from the pains , when I heard a baby's cry, I literally froze, next thing I knew I was already crying I don't know why but right now I feel like my soul is about to leave my body
"please give me my baby,I want to hold him for sometime, please,I said with tears
the chatty nurse was the one that brought my baby to me after he was wrapped up
he was still wailing until I carried him in my arms
"my baby, my handsome James,thank you for staying with me all this while,I feel like I don't have much time left,but don't worry am going to always be with you, mommy loves you okay
I could literally swear that my James nodded his head in response to what I said or maybe because of the excess blood loss am now hallucinating, I was still cuddling my baby when I close my eyes for ever.
