Team Leader: Kane Omiss
Individuals Involved: Kane, Wade, Hugo, Li, Mandy, Chase, Willbert, Vos and Paul.
Location of Incident: Uptwon Krikli, Lasiena.
Mission at hand: In trying to capture [redacted} team #3 ran into difficulties and gave chase to [redacted] in which they were forced into the open space filled with citizens. Group #3 immediately gave a warning to clear out the space. [Redacted] then began to gab people indiscriminately and tear into them, claw at their throats and in some cases ripping the jugular out of some. Chase was the closest to [redacted] and decided he was in the best position to take [redacted] out. Li went to assist in the take the down when Chase was wounded. Seeing their hurt team member, Li stepped in to get Chase away when [redacted} attacked and struck at the back of Li. Nearby, Willbert lunged at the target from behind who had turned and managed to remove the mouth piece he is regulated to carry. At the accidental removal of Willbert's mouth piece, group #3 split into two groups. Kane, Wade and Mandy were to continue to go after [redacted]. Chase and Li, whom were both injured, Hugo and Vos, were to remain to get Willbert under control before he could bite at anyone. At this point [redacted] seeing the chance, launched the victim in his arms at Willbert, who before any of the remaining group members could prevent it, began to bite the victim multiple times. A victim of [redacted] on the ground tried to intervene, and in turn Willbert began to bite at them. Hugo and Vos managed to pull Willbert off.

Group # (3) Injuried and Injuries: Chase and Li are on a two week paid rest. Willbert's case is still undecided. Further instructions are needed.
Damages to Properties: 4 car accidents were caused with minor injuries, three buildings had their walls and windows shattered during multiple close calls and struggles to capture the target. One small shop was completely eviscerated as [redacted] picked up a trash can and hurled it from three streets down. As the shop was closed, there were no individuals inside, but the people outside were struck by shards and debris. A commercial truck is missing, destroyed during the pursuit, the merchandise inside spoiled by the hours long exposure to the weather afterwards. The train station suffered multiple cracked beans and walls.
Repair Costs Estimation: $9.5 Million.

Additional Notes:
The last victim of [redacted] who intervened and was attacked by Willbert was rushed to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead at arrival. Four hours later, group # (3) team leader Kane, received a distressed call from the hospital announcing that the victim had walked out of the hospital morgue on her own two feet. Security cameras confirmed this.
During all of this, it is reported that Willbert had begun to shake and tremble. All of this was thought to be a physiological effect of guilt for attacking two civilians.
She was quickly picked up by hospital security, while Kane rushed to the hospital with a pack doctor. She refused treatment, but it was obvious to all who could see that when she no longer exhibited her previously mortal wounds, and that she had healed fairly quickly in the span of the three hours, she had been left alone. Upon examination, it can be confirmed that this female had survived the bite of an alpha werewolf. For now, she is being kept under observation. She has refused to speak to group # (3) team leader, as well as anyone who is not human. She has been allowed to return to her home, but is under state watch. We will do what we can to keep the news of an awakening of a bitten from getting out.

Job: Tempery House clean up, has had multiple jobs, and doesn't seem to be particularly content after two to three years in her work place.
Education: High School Degree. Dropped out of the University of Milinia, reason unknown.
Statues: Single.
Criminal Offences: Was arrested at 21 for drunken disturbance, was released in 36 hours.

Additional Notes:
From personal evaluation, when told about her situation, she seemed distraught and angered. She lashed out at everyone who tried to comfort her when told she would be moved into Silver Hall for her safety. She did not have the clearing to be told about [Redacted], after no information was provided to her, she remained uncooperative with both hospital staff and pack doctor.
** Her family has agreed to sign the ND Agreement, with the condition that they get a monthly report of her well-being and call permission. Ryle has ignored all attempts to talk to group # (3) when they come to talk to her.
** State officials visited Ryle to explain why she was required to move into Silver Hall. It is reported that she first declined, and then expressed anger at not being given a different choice when informed that it was mandatory of her, as she is no longer of the human government.
** Ryle was given notice that her belongings from her previous address were transported and placed in her new living quarters. There was no response.
**Ryle is expected to be discharged from the hospital soon.
*A Silver Hall welcome letter was given to Ryle an hour before her discharge papers were to go through. It is reported she looked them over for a long period of time. Group #(3) Hugo volunteered to pick her up.
*Ryle K. Tolk has gotten into the car and will be at Silver Hall within two hours.

Dear Ryle K. Tock,
We are ecstatic to welcome you into the Silvcer Hall Pack family. Despite the reason being far from pleasant, we hope you know that we are here to ease and help you adjust to your new life in any way you need. Your living quarters have been prepared, all necessities have been ordered, but if you lack anything, please let us know right away.
To enter the Silver Hall building, all guests and residents must carry their Pass and or memorize their specialized entrance code. Within this envelope, you will find your personal pass, as well as three permitted guest passes. If you lose one, you must report it to the front office and ask for a replacement. Guests are required to sign in and out of the building, no exceptions. If you require additional passes, ask the front desk. The rules and regulations of the building are as follows:
- Clean after yourself if you are outside of your own quarters.
- Fighting within the pack outside of the Silver Hall building will result in a fine and punishment.
- Wolf form is banned within the Kitchens.
- Breakage of any kind within the building related to; outbursts of anger, fighting, accidents should be reported and paper work will be required. A fine may be given.
- No humans within the building. No exceptions.
- Keep in mind that there are cameras within the Silver Hall building, with exceptions to bathrooms, changing rooms and living areas.
- Do not enter the alpha floor level unless given permission.
Silver Hall provides two open kitchen spaces, a pool section, three gyms, two training areas, four medical rooms, three entertainment rooms and two meeting rooms. You will encounter some open area sections with orange doors, those are alpha exclusive entrances and exits.
