The NPC just stop in front of Percival, but they also move into a defensive position. Their guns are raised but in a tight formation.
Then, with a soft voice, she asked Percival who was in front of her.
"Are you willing to help us stranger?"
With no hesitation, he reply, with a confident tone of voice.
"I will help you. But first I need you to tell me what is your mission?"
The squad leader went silent for a moment, even though there should be a hesitation within the program.
But when Percival asked the squad leader, that hesitation went like an error code. And the squad leader said what is their mission when it should be a dilemma when they reached the place.
Then she said, looking straight into Percival's eyes.
"They tasked us with the search of the so called root of the Earnest Tree. And then destroy those who are trying to corrupt the tree."
"I see then we are facing another type of monster. That's wonderful," he smirk and then steps aside and raise his hand, pointing in the direction they were pointing.
That is when the squad leader march forward. While they are heading straight to the location. Their position is in an arrow position. The point of the arrow is the squad leader.
While there are two wings, both left and right. Both wings are in delay from the person ahead of them with one step.
While Percival is inside of the arrow. He looked at Zerister, who was on his shoulder and caressing his cheek. "Zerister fly and scout ahead if you see monster burn them"
Zerister smiles and boosted itself to fly up. The other members of the squad notice the flight of the lizard to the sky, but they ignored it.
They stopped when they reached halfway to the entrance of the said cave towards the root.
"Alright, Roff and Zike take on the west and check the perimeter. The rest make sure there are no leaves and plants within close to our camp."
Her authoritative tone of voice the others move quickly that expected. Luckily, he is not part of the squad that she is leaving or else he is also doing a lot of stuff.
Zerister landed on the ground in front of Percival. Then the volcanic dragon walks to the lap of Percival and created a circle like position while his head was on top of his legs.
"You are really sleepy my dear flying dragon" He caress his scale skin while humming a few sounds he know.
6 hours have passed, and a bell that their squad leader has sounded across the camp woke them.
"Everyone must be alive. We are moving!"
2 hours have passed, and they reached the mouth of the cave. She raised her hand and clenched it a sign to the others to halt movement.
"We are changing positions. I want the heavy support and shield support upfront, the striker at the back and the DASHER beside me. I want full control of the situation. No one will move and attack until I say so, otherwise the entire positions and places we have will be difficult to perform."
With those words that she said, all of them listened to her. Even Percival, who was last time just a normal stranger. Then they move inside of the cave.
She said, "Open a torch, and aim it upfront. The rear will aim at the back if they cannot see the opening of the gave" then she switches her torch on.
She raised her rifle, aiming forward. The only thing visible to them are they formed stalactites and stalagmites that are beautifully formed.
"This is the first time I have seen a cave like this." He commented while looking all around. Seeing the beauty of it, he also notices the large stem and vein of a flora that is heading towards inside of the cave.
"All of you, stay alert. As we go into the cave, there are many guardians." She warned once more about the dangerous ahead of them.
Then a warning appear in front of Percival. Because he is the only player that is in the group, the warning is green, but this is also a safe option.
"I should take a break. And go to the real world and relax a bit."
He whispered, while tapping the settings and logging out. And in a tap he got transported to the stellar skies before a sudden black, where he got transferred back to the real world.
Percival remove his visor and placed it to the side. He flips the switch and the glass cover of the capsule opens. He looked at the time and it's there to get ready for school.
"Shi- I did not get enough sleep. I really need a time schedule for playing and attending to school."
He scratched his head while walking towards the bathroom. After washing his face and brushing his teeth, he walks down the living room.
He enters the living room with a smile and seeing his mother cooking. The food for their breakfast and for the lunch that he will need to eat in school.
Her mother gets his attention by saying a wonderful morning to him.
"Hey, good morning sweety, how are you this morning? Do you like some sausages that I have? Cooked. These are healthy."
Then he smiled back while looking at her and reply.
"Mom, I am fine. I just had a good night, to be honest." While pretending that he is not sleepy because he really did not get a sleep last night.
After eating his breakfast, he walks back upstairs and prepares his uniform after brushing his teeth. He then goes down to the living room and grabs the lunch box that he will take to school.

He locks his bike and turns around, seeing that his people are waiting for him. "Alliance leader, have a wonderful day!" they greeted him with their bow.
Percival only nodded at them and walks straight to class and put his head down. While closing his eyes, he then remembered a quest that he was still on. The quest that needs him to talk to a few more people.
"I still need to finish the quest to talk to a few more people."
Then the teacher comes in and all of them stands up and greeted the teacher.
"Alright, everyone, we have someone that just entered our school for this semester. Hope that everyone will treat her in a good way."
His rough voice made it boring for the others to even listen to their teacher in front.
