There are two kinds of Awakening.
Undergoing an Awakening in the Land of Inheritance simply has a higher probability and a lower risk factor, with no difference from a normal Awakening.
A Guided Awakening, however, is supported by the Force of Destiny during the process. The probability of success being high or low is just secondary; the main thing is that as long as it's a 'Guided Awakening,' there won't be the danger of death, and one wouldn't even be injured.
Even if the Awakening fails, it can still increase the success rate of the next Awakening.
From the perspective of mysticism, this is a boiling away of impurities during the Awakening process, returning the body to purity.
In a normal Awakening, impurity accumulates; in a Guided Awakening, impurity is cleansed away.
