You have no right to speak to me like that do you know who I am"Those words when escaping his lips caused all of the heavens to quake in his power
the minor gods around began to scatter with Rahas standing tall staring straight into Taron eyes
a slight grin formed around Rahas lips, the god of war had a charm around him which made most look in awe of his presence but this brought nothing but disgust into the eyes of Varon
"You use your father for every situation Taron, if not for his blood flowing through your veins, I would have beheaded you the moment you spoke to me with such disrespect, I am a war God after all, and a especially strong one at that, I can easily ruin that face of yours beyond repair, So watch your mouth, the only way you can shut me up is through a duel" Rahas spoke With confidence within his every word
His red fiery hair which looked like burning fire matched his golden polished armour which shined bright like the sun
"Why would I battle with an inferior deity like you, Ganesh my father is the strongest God here, he sits at the very top l could easily ask him to help me dispatch of you" Taron spoke with devilish grin on her s face, the tone of his voice clearly showed this was a threat.
but one which did not faze Rahas, his eyes looked unwavering like a flame which would not go out,
"It seems our so called prince has no Battle experience, his just a child who so overreliant on his father, His no future king, a coward!, He hides behind his father name and makes others do his biding, but no more, Prince Taron if you indeed want to prove my words wrong then accept this challenge" Rahas made sure his words were heard by all the surrounding gods.
a huge crowd formed around the two, gods from different nations all came and all eyes locked onto Taron awaiting his decision, most could do nothing against him for rejection but his reputation would die from this scene Rahas created.
'So this was your plan...to bad it has to be seen by my father before accepting this duel, he would never allow thi-' Taron thought but before he could finish his sentence, A tall muscular man who appearance looked like that of some in their mid 30s, the man green robes dragged acrossed the floor with the nearby gods bowing their heads.
"Father, this man proposed a duel, I would gladly accept but I ask for you to grant me your permission'
"Your allowed my son, fight with honor' Aron the one who sat at the top of all Divinity spoke.
'W-What!, How could he agree to this, If I fail now it would bring disgrace to the household of Aron, what is father thinking'
"there a condition to the duel, and that is..
.the loser will lose every form of godhood which they posses leaving them as a mortal, to be specific the weakest of mortals, Humans" Rahas spoke, the look in his eyes told it all, he was relishing and enjoying the moment, the day that Taron would enter his clutches, the day he had been waiting for millenias had finally arrived.
'I thought he would be some war loving maniac b-but he smart as well, I underestimated him unlike the former gods of war I heard off, his not a hot head who charges in at every turn, his the one who finally realized one thing the others didn't, War also involves strategy but to bad for you Rahas I learnt of Swordsmanship only taught to those of the Aron household, one which stands at the peak of the universe itself, your biggest mistake was thinking you could beat me in a duel.' Taron thought as he unsheated his blade pointing it at Rahas.
"May we Begin father" Taron said with a small smirk put across his face
"BEGIN!" Ganesh shouted and btu charged in with tremendous speed that left even the gods clueless of where they were.
Sparks flew with the collision of their swords, the shockwaves of metal hitting metal causing the ground to crack beneath them with the forces of their slashes distorting the air around them causing some of the people in the crowd to be absolutely blown away literally blown back.
this display of roar might left them gawking at the power of this youths that but soon the tides began to change into Rahas favour, Taron was visibly being pushed back, with every step Rahas took Taron would retreat backwards a few steps suddenly as if to confirm their thoughts, a huge gash wind appeared on Taron chest, a sword slash cut him on his chest, to the lower gods it looked like the wound just randomly appeared there, the display of speed was to fast for their eyes to see.
Taron seeing the upcoming attack from above placed his sword upward to block it and with a downward strike of Rahas sword Varon was sent flying through the building structures of heaven.
"Pathetic" Rahas said with a look of dissappointment, while he turned his back towards him evidently showing disrespect, but a wide devious smile was glued onto his face, some in the crowd when seeing this wondered 'was this man truly a god?, he looked like the devil himself'
"Don't you dare turn your back on me!" Taron shouted and almost as if it were teleportation, he suddenly Vanished and for a split moment even Ganesh the king of the gods was shocked by this display as his eyes didn't catch Taronmovement for a split second
"This ends...NOW!" Rahas shouted and the crowd waited in anticipation, everyone went quiet, the deciding factor for this fight would be this, it was the climax, they all knew it
And like if it time itself stopped, the view of the prince being impaled through his abdomen caught the eyes of everyone, it was finished.
" It seems that Rahas won the duel and I will being fulfilling the conditions of this duel but I will take this moment and introduce you all to a new member of the Royal Family, my son and also known as prince Rahas!"
the crowd was confused for a moment but noticing the glares the king eyes gave off, they all decided to chant"Prince Rahas".
"What, I was tricked, how could father allow this, wait, h-he was in on this, they were using me as a setting stone, Father how could you do this removing your own son from the candidate of king, what are you thinking"
His eyes widened in shock realizing who Rahas was but he honestly didn't care, he knew what was next, they were about to take his godhood.
with the remaining of his strength, he dug his fingers into the ground and with all his might, he ran and didn't stop running, the thought of Losing godhood was a fate was than death, one used to deal with criminals that fight against the heavens but Taron efforts were wasted as his father range of influence surrounded all of heaven and in the blink of an eye, he was rendered a useless mortal in the eyes of the gods
