Lucas spoke quietly, but his words were as loud as thunder to Eleanor. She was overcome with shock and disbelief. All these days, she thought Connor was executed. What Lucas was saying was diametrically opposite to what she knew.
'How could Dimitri have been murdered?' She was dubious.
"Connor joined hands with Damien to become the alpha of the Moon Keepers," Lucas continued to say when Eleanor was still in shock. "After handing you over to Damien, he attacked the pack that night." He clenched his fists upon recalling that incident.
"Moon Keepers soldiers were not enough to fight back the massive army of Bloodlust pack," he added. "Zane was hurt in the battle at Blue Moon Pack and was unable to continue fighting. I was still recuperating from my injuries at the Blue Moon Pack and couldn't help them."
