Finally, after 6 years Rowan was free and for Lily managing a company was easier than the studies of 7 different histories, Legend of powers aka using their powers and leveling up, administration, and 6 other studies.
Rowan was finally enjoying his carefree life which came with a mission.
Lily thought about the past and stared at the painting that hung on the wall, she knew if anything went wrong, their safety was even a bit risked, Rowan and her whole freedom would be snatched away and would be asked to go back to the same old mansion and with triple more security and more studies of manners, discipline, and Legend of powers.
Lily knew she was being overly protective but, if she wanted them to avoid the cons it must be done, they were enjoying their time here spending free time in parks, picnic, trips, sightseeing, and their little dates and Lily didn't want these to be lost they would need to go back in some years but, she didn't want the time to be cut short.
Rowan was messed up, he knew he was wrong cause this was not his first-time letting things go and creating some trouble within a year they had already received 12 warnings, like one for each month, it did stress Lily a lot and that must be the reason why she was irritated and angry.
Rowan knew Lily was also going through the same with him and the goal for them was to spend free time together as much as possible and not stir up troubles he felt bad for what he had done,
Rowan went out, Lily was already passed out on the side he looked at the picture on the wall, covered Lily with a blanket, and made her some simple snacks for her to eat, making food for her always worked better than saying sorry, when they were still kids, looking at how much Lily enjoyed food, he learned how to cook, eating his food,

Lily's eyes were sparkling they looked like jewels, but, the most beautiful ones to ever exist,

Just hearing Lily compliment, him and eat with such enthusiasm made his day better, he is a fool for love

Looking at those beautiful gems and that, a sweet tone would make anyone impossible to say no, it worked like magic on Rowan, there was no way he would say no, it was his pleasure but, teasing her was, much more fun,

Lily's sparkling eyes dulled a bit, he felt a bit sad but, he had other plans,
'Went me to teach you how to make it?'
'Yes'
It didn't take even a second to reply, her eyes were sparkling more than before,
After a few days they met at his parent's house they ran straight to the kitchen, for the first time he felt horrified making food,
Lily was especially bad at cooking. The eggs were burning, the soup was overflowing and the bread was soaked in stock, it was a mess. After that time he never allowed Lily in the kitchen.
Remembering about the past Rowan made some snacks for her it took some while, he went and woke her up,

She totally ignored his apology in front of the food, she took the plate in her hands and started to eat, she was still the same kid from back in the past when she used to gobble up her food and Rowan always enjoyed watching her eat like a little carefree child. Lily knew how to enjoy food.
'I was really furious, I am sorry but, promise you will be more careful' (Lily)

Rowan pulled her closer and gave her a tight hug, they have been together since childhood, Lily was first introduced to Rowan when they were 10 years old, and were confirmed as life partners; since 25 spending such a long time together was something they cherished, they were not in any same phase they were opposite but are an amazing couple together, even when they were marked as the next leaders they were always hand in hand together they went through thick and thin together, they understood each other more than anyone else and knew what each other wanted.
This hug was a sign of love and the promise of a lifetime, Rowan held her close he assured her fears and calmed her down,

Rowan loosened his grip, held her in his arms and his hand gripped her waist. He took a doughnut and fed her, she stared at him for a few minutes and ate it, like any other day, today was another great memory for her,
