What is a Eukaryotic Cell?
A cell contains the nucleus which regulates and controls the activities and carries the genes in it. The nucleus of a cell is surrounded by a nuclear membrane and it forms large and complex organisms. We can find a wide range of eukaryotic organisms like Fungi, Protozoa, plants, animals, etc. Eukaryotes can be both single-celled and multicellular. Eukaryotes are often compared with another kind of cell called Prokaryotes or prokaryotic cells in the presence of an internal membrane that separates parts of the cell from the remaining cytoplasm.
