Standing firmly on a tree limb large enough to support his weight, Gnihzur was facing the flowing Firefall with his arms outstretched and his mental fortitude taking a deep hit. This came about by the struggle he was undergoing to pull off the difficult Ripple technique that required high concentration and lots of Krowqui amplification.
"Ah, I won't give up."
Gnihzur continued to pressure both his physical and energetic bodies beyond their limit. Whenever he tried to establish the Ripple technique it was consuming not only the maximum energies from his Room but also the Krowqui from his body as well. As a result, he was forced to endure the excruciating pain of having his body drained a few times coupled with the backlash he suffered from the Room's destruction.
