For 5 long hours, Gnihzur had been struggling at every instance to gain higher heights. So much pressure was donned on him that his finger bones began to produce painful cracks. Even so, he fortified his courage and endured the climb.
He had to maintain his tenacious output in order to keep his pursuers, the Cabbage Trolls at a safe length below where they couldn't cause him any harm. This rush of urgency wasn't making Gnihzur's a cheerful one, it was rather difficult, to say the least.
Breathing heavily Gnihzur spoke, "I'm almost there… almost there." He repeated this phrase to assure himself that he was going to make it.
Gnihzur prolonged his endurance for a while longer until his hands graced the flat surface of the first layer of Gravity Falls.
