"Look around you, these things you see floating by are known as Bubble Blobs. They are approximately 240 of them situated on stage. Each carries a special core inside of their bodies. They are not particularly strong but they are extremely evasive and slippery.
This phase of the Guild tournament is designed to radically thin down your numbers. The first competitors to retrieve 10 cores and placed them into that vertical slot over there before they run out will advance to the third phase of the tournament and receive an additional 500 Guild Points. The smart tags you are currently wearing will keep track of your scores.
