10. Cold air
The night had arrived with the darkness of the night enveloping it, accompanied by a rising fog that made the air around the house feel cold. He looked at the clock on the wall in Febbe's room. It's 10:00 at night.
Kenzo glanced at the girl who was already asleep on the bed. With a small snort Kenzo stood looking at him cautiously.
"He's asleep, isn't he?" Kenzo's mumble moved carefully, waving the wind over the sleeping Febee's face.
"Huhh.. Thank goodness, I can go home." He mumbled again and left the room.
Before that, Kenzo took the time to cover Febbe's body, which was only wrapped in silk pajamas, then turned off the bedroom light and left only the bedside lamp.
On the stairs. Kenzo descended the stairs in a hurry to go home. Many of the maids were getting quiet, seeing the atmosphere at Febbe's house made her remember the time when she was an only child named Novella.
