The next day, when Tang Jin woke up in a room that had a magnificent feel to it. He looked at himself lying in a crib and his eyes seemed to reach the depths of his soul. When he saw the ring back then he knew it was extraordinary after he the great Primal Chaos emperor was enamored by it. but he had no use for it then and no matter what method he would it would never become truly his. When his former wife saw it, she felt a very oppressive feeling. It was surprising to him as she was an emperor rival within the god immortal world.
Tang Jin tried to interact with the ring again this time, he only got a simple message "Primal Chaos ring, universe source supreme treasure". Tang Jin was incredibly astonished upon hearing this. He knew what a universe source supreme treasure was, it was the highest rank of a treasure or weapon possible. They were made at the very beginning of the universe by sacrificing a part of its source for it. he even as one of the few Primal Chaos emperors had none.
He no longer paid attention to the ring after this as he knew only when he got stronger, he would find out more about it. He looked at another part of his soul. There laid a bracelet. It was a space bracelet. It could store an infinite number of items in it. this contained almost all of his past treasury. As the Primal Chaos emperor who conquered a lot of worlds his treasury had almost everything in it but right now with his non-existent cultivation base almost all of it was not available to him because as one's cultivation increases so does the space in their space ring.
He carefully took out two pills. They both were chaos immortal level pills. they were the golden muscle and jade bones pills, a pill which will raise one's aptitude to the absolute peak of the universe. there is even a chance of a person's talent reaching the fabled taboo level if their talent was good before. A taboo level of talent gets a heavenly tribulation at every breakthrough to the next small and great realm but this also means that they are rewarded very handsomely if they survive. As heaven is fair, it will reward those who can pass tribulations without any external help.
In this world, everyone is born with spiritual roots. All spiritual roots have a specific element to them like fire, water, earth, wood, and metal these are the basic spiritual roots. Then there are mutated spiritual roots that have elements like lightning, wing, space, time, yang, yin, etc. some people are also born with dual spiritual roots like yin-yang or fire and earth. Each spiritual root has a bamboo with sections in it. the number of sections determines the talent of a person. With 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. this is the law of the universe. When Tang Jin saw his spiritual root, he was beyond shocked, he almost fainted. This was due to his element. It's primordial chaos. His bamboo had 9 sections in it. A primordial chaos root does not exist before this as Primal Chaos makes up everything in the universe.
Tang Jin knew he would be in great danger if he revealed this spiritual root when they tested it in front of an audience as all great influences do. He would have to take measures to hide it. He could use his extraordinary soul quality to show everyone that he had a yin-yang root.
Having made his decision, he took a deep breath and ate the golden muscles and jade bone pill. He quickly closed his mouth to not let the medical efficiency escape. when the pill reached his abdomen, a hot feeling spread through his body. He saw his bamboo quickly grow to have 10 sections but it did not stop there he also grew the taboo eleventh section. When Tang Jin saw this, he sighed he knew his future path will be very difficult.
Then Tang Jin looked at the other pill in his hand, it was known as the washing marrow and Meridien opening pill. The pill will wash a person's marrow and strengthen the meridians in the body and make them thick and flexible. This allows one to hold more energy than others in the same realm. The earlier a person takes this the better effect it will have on them as a baby's body is without any impurities which accumulate as they grow up and a lot of medical efficiencies have to be used to remove and the meridians are not strengthened properly. When Tang Jin swallowed the pill, a cool feeling was the opposite of the one before spreading through his body. This will help him a lot in the future
The next thing Tang Jin did was search through his memory to find a technique that will allow him to increase the quantity and quality of his soul. After a few minutes of searching finally, found one. It was a visualization technique in which all a person has to think about the picture and his soul strength will increase. This is mainly because such a picture has the very essence of a grand Dao in it. This particular picture was the moon and the night because the moon depicts the yin nature of the universe and the soul is a yin thing. This makes both of them resonate with each other and help him achieve the best results with half the effort. A stronger soul will help him remember his techniques and merit laws much faster and he will remember the essence of it easily.
One of the reasons that Tang Jin used such methods and resources was due to the foundation. A person's foundation is very important for their cultivation. A person with a bad foundation will be very weak and will easily be defeated by geniuses in lower realms than them. In the Primal Chaos, the world will battle everyone contestants will have a perfect foundation, or else they will probably die halfway. So, to ensure his victory he must have the best foundation possible.
