Reed and Eldron watched as the flames from the dragons' mouths burned the demons from below. As he watched the demons being burned, Eldron turned to Reed. Even the vampires.
"I have no idea why vampires dislike me so much. I have blood from them because my mother is from there, so I don't understand why they are so angry with me."
Eldron said, "Because of this..."
Reed looked at his dad. "Is it because I treated them harshly?" Reed asked incredulously. "I'm not as soft as the kings who came before me. I'll train all of the demons to follow me; if they don't, they'll all end up like them."
Eldron didn't answer. When Reed looked down, a vampire was staring at him.
"Father, who is that?" Reed inquired
Eldron looked down and saw a man staring at him and his companions. He recognized him as his ex-wife's nephew.
Eldron said, "That's Prince Cedric."
