Chapter 10 - Gathering of the Chieftains

In a clearing over a hundred tents are set up with one huge one in the middle.

"It is time we will strike tomorrow, My tribe has to or else we will run out of food before and starve. For some reason I feel disaster is coming we need to secure our footing for this year." Owlic said staring at the other three chieftains around the table.

"Truly the Fire Bird clan is becoming to strong and that shaman is nearing level 70 once he reaches 80 we will have no means of stopping him disaster will surly descend." Ghattuk of the bear tribe said hulking over the table.

"How will we deal with the shaman on his home turf he will defiantly have many defensives and rituals set up to counter attack our offensive." Shuhzuk the female Chieftain of the Snow Leopard tribe said.

"I agree how will we deal with the shaman?" Gazzakk the chieftain of the Ice Wraith tribe said turning his head towards Owlic.

"Don't worry about it about I have some one that will be able to take care of that. All we have to do is distract the shaman and kill Flamock and we will be victorious and secure ourselves for winter." Owlic said turning to face Gazzakk with a big grin.

"Fine now that that is settled we need to talk about distribution of the loot. We the bear tribe is pledging 50 orcs so we want 40% of the wealth." Ghattuk said staring down the others.

"40% no way we all agreed that we would each get 25% of the loot don't go back on your words now Ghattuk." Shuhzuk said banging her first on table.

"I agree with Ghattuk I think the distribution needs to be changed. I think it should be based on warriors brought. Their are 200 orc warriors in total and we brought 70. I suggest every 10 orcs is 5%." Owlic said while grinning.

"You planned this didn't you bastard! You knew that I and Shuhzuk could only bring 40 orcs." Gazzakk said yelling at Owlic.

"Well what are you going to do about it their are 120 of us and only 80 of you. I think a 35% 25% 20% 20% is more than fair." Owlic said realsing his killing intent causing Gazzakk to sit down.

Seeing Gazzakk sit back down Owlic Said "Now that that is settled lets get on with the actual battle plans. We will divide our forces and attack all four sides at once that will draw the Shaman and Flamock to different places plus they will have to divided their forces even more. I suggest we attack each side with 40 orcs each and same the last 40 with dealing with the unexpected or where ever Flamock appears he is already over level 70 so we should weaken him with lots of numbers before me and Gahtukk attack him. You two however will distract the shaman then once either the shaman or Flamock fall we will attack the other. Any changes or are we good."

The other chieftains just shook their and walked out of the tents leaving Owlic alone. 'Well this will be fun and at the end only I will remain.' Owlic thought to himself chuckling.

...

"Chieftain our scout at the other tribes have noticed a sever lack of man power at all four tribes it would seem that the attack is starting." Fullan said kneeling down in front of Flamock

"Great I was wondering when they would come. Quickly alert all orcs to return to the tribe and get all noncombatants to start digging pit traps. I need to go talk to Sangus." Flamock said rising out of his throne.

As Flamock made his way to Sangus all around him orcs were running in a frenzy women children and the old all grabbed shovels and other digging tools to make the traps. They then start heading out the main gates where the orc warriors are their directing and digging themselves. When Flamock made his way to the Shamans house he doesn't even knock and walks right in and straight to the back of the house passing by glass tubes and cauldron and varies plants. When arriving at the back he proceeds to walk down a set of stairs heading downward were he starts to hear the screams of an goblin. Upon arriving he sees Sangus hold up a finger to signal Flamock to stop walking. Sangus then returns to the goblin and continues observing before saying "Tsk. Another failure."

"Sangus it is time they are coming. Are you prepared and do you have that pill for me." Flamock said wincing at the gruesome sight in front of him.

"Yes the formation is set up around the camp not only will it strengthen us but it will also weaken the enemies. I also have the condensed blood pill of that High Orc chieftain you wanted. It will bring you immense strength that of a level 100 person for five minutes but after taking it you will not be able to level up any more." Sangus said handing Flamock a pill.

"Whatever it is the price I have to pay for protecting this tribe and the punishment for letting an Shaman practice the blood arts." Flamock said walking away "Just be prepared they will be here soon." Flamock then left and went outside to help with digging the trenches and assigning the orcs to their positions where they will make their stand.

Haulkfur can be seen assigning the new recruits to stand with a veteran "Stand strong this will be your first battle!! When you survive this battle you will truly be orc warriors and will be able to stand strong and protect our tribe!! Stand next to your battle partner and fight together lean on them and they will lean on you!! You are fighting to protect your family remember if they get past you then it will be your family to fall next!!"

...

Elsewhere in the woods Gudok is talking to a figure in a black cloak "I can't have that abomination live any longer. How could Flamock let a blood Shaman into our lands doesn't he know that they are cursed by the gods. He has taken my children for experiments I can't have it anymore."

"Don't worry any longer he will be gone soon. Here take this dagger it is a magic weapon it should go through his defenses and poison him killing him forever." The cloaked figure said handing a black and green dagger to Gudok.

"He won't know what hit him. I did tell him I would get him one day KULKKULKKULKKULK!!" Gudok said laughing his head off while grabbing the dagger from the cloaked orc's hand.
