I rocked slowly on the chair I was sitting on, rocking it back and forth. I stared ahead. I sucked in a breath. Alonzo and his men should be here, but they were not here yet. I did not want to think about that idiot betraying me. Alonzo was a very greedy man, who is absolutely self centered.
I picked up my phone receiver and dialled his number.
"Who is this?" The idiot demanded, my fingers held the phone receiver in a death grip.
"Alonzo," I said, gritting my teeth.
"What is it? What is the matter De' Longhi?" He asked, clicking his tongue.
"Do not ask me that stupid question, you know why I am calling you, don't you?" I growled out.
