After that startling revelation, multiple possibility's start to going through his head, and he starts thinking about what evolution might change about him. First possibility is nothing changes physically, and he can pass it off. Second, another limb or appendage is added. This would be really bad, as he would have no way to hide it. Third, he's out for more than 24 hours, it would then go to option one or two. There was really only one option that would let pass off as a human, and that was a massive problem.
Ruby notices a frown appear on Johnathan's face, but decides against commenting on it. Because it was obvious he still had secrets, and she thought Johnathan to be a bit insane. Even if she's banished, anyone would have a bit more respect for royalty. As they are sharing a room. He's seems way to carefree, and Ruby finds it concerning. She could easily incinerate him while he sleeps, but he seems to have passed off this possibility and treats her like he would anyone else. She actually doesn't mind this at all. But she would never admit that.
After cutting off all the ears of the goblins and hobgoblin. He starts moving the chair, to see if there's anything behind it, but there seems to be nothing, just to be certain he steps on where the chair used to be, and nothing happens. "Lame..." Johnathan mutters to himself.
He then opens his status to look over a few things, and hopefully get information on his evolution.

After reading all of his skills and titles, Johnathan then puts 3 stats in Agility and 1 in Strength. He then gets more skills from his stats, he assumes. He gets [Basic Sword Technique] [Basic Dagger Technique] [Advanced Throwing Knives Technique] [Advanced Mathematical Knowledge] [Faster Thought Processing] [Acting] [Dash] [Sprint] [Hardened Body] and [Pain Resistance]
He knew how he got most of these skills, but a few others confused him. Such as [Acting] because he never did drama. The acting skill shows up because Johnathan has been faking his attitude up until now. He's terrified, but he knows he can't show it to anyone. As the new world he found himself in seemed to be brutal, and would swallow him whole if shows any bit of weakness.
For [Pain Resistance] he assumes this was either a benefit for transmigrating, due to the fact that on Earth, he never fought, so getting a wound in battle would probably have him drop to the floor in agony, causing his death. Or his higher endurance made him more resistant to pain.
After taking the ears and leaving the cave, Johnathan is silent. Ruby finds this very odd, and sees his hands are shaking. Johnathan himself seems to not have noticed, clearly focused on something else. Ruby then realizes Johnathan is probably faking his carefree and confident attitude. They really haven't talked much to each other, and that doesn't really fit the attitude he displays. It's clearly one that would always need someone to talk with, yet the amount of times he's started a conversation can be counted on 2 hands. The more she thinks about it, the less his attitude makes sense, like he's copying someone else and pretending to be them. This was exactly the case, and he's acting like his younger brother does, confident and carefree.
Time flies while there thinking of there respective issues, and they soon arrive inside the guild again, Ruby walks up to guild counter to talk with the receptionist and give her the goblin ears. While shes doing that, he glances at the quest board, then walks outside and tries to remember it. He can see some quests like the goblin slaying, and the reward being 5 copper coins per right ear. The cleaning of someone's house for 50 copper. Escort missions for merchants are all over the board. With rewards from 70 bronze to 15 silver a person.
Walking outside the guild seems to have caused the starting of an initiation ritual, or maybe thugs thought he was easy pickings, because right after leaving the building, he's surrounded by 4 men. Wondering what there he for, he's about to ask when a man standing 5'10 with a pretty plain face, shortly cut hair, and a wicked grin on his face says to him " Why don't you introduce us to your party, i'm sure we can get to know each other very well tonight." He then starts cackling to himself, while Johnathan just looks disappointed with them. Not just because of the attitude, also because his evil laughter is really lame.
