"Just wait for me out here. If I need you to come in, I will mindlink you." My warrior nods in agreement and I start down the hall to my room. I left Janessa alone for the rest of the day yesterday. I didn't force her to have a meal and I didn't go see her anymore. Tonight will be the Luna ceremony and Janessa will have no choice but to comply.
I decided to wait until after breakfast to see her. I sent an Omega in to give her the meal and I know she ate it. I stop outside my door and take a deep breath. I know this will result in fighting, but I'm ready for it. I open the door and find Janessa sitting up in the bed. She is staring off into space. I clear my throat to get her attention. She doesn't look in my direction even though I'm sure that she heard me.
