Chapter 5 - Homophobic

Third Individual's POV

Do hee was flustered and asked, "W-What?" Seo ya grinned. 'Where did he learn to flirt like that?'Tyler thought. "Anyways, Mr.CEO, check these documents and tell me if you have any concerns," Seo ya said, as she handed over an envelope.

'She calls me: Mr. CEO, but why do I feel like she's rather the CEO?'Tyler thought. "I'll check it. Ah right, aren't you going to ask who this woman is? This woman is—" "Why would I ask? It's none of my business anyways on what's your relationship with this woman, sir."

Tyler was left speechless. "What matters is that," Seo ya looked at Do Hee once more and smiled. Her smile made Do Hee's heart flutter. "You're lucky to have such a beautiful woman by your side," she continued.

'I can't believe that I'm this good at making women's hearts flutter. Look at her, she's red. How cute,'Seo ya thought.

"I'll get going now that I have given you the documents," Seo ya said as she left. A moment of silence filled the entire room. "Uhm excuse me," Do hee murmured. "What?" "May I know what the name of the man was earlier?" Do hee asked, with her eyes filled with bliss.

"Ha, I can't believe that she managed to shake your heart. Just what on earth is going around that man's mind?" Tyler thought.

Seo ya shut the door to Tyler's office. "Now, where am I supposed to go when my work is done?" She asked herself. "Hmm," she walks in the hallways when he suddenly eavesdrops on a conversation.

"Michael! I told you that we're not meant to be!" A man's voice said. It seems like there are 2 men in a room, arguing. "What do you mean? I love you regardless of your gender, Jake," the man replied.

Of course Seo ya, a certified simp for boys' love , enjoyed the conversation. Her whole life, she always supported the LGBTQ community. I mean, is there a reason why we should hate them? For Seo ya, there's no reason why we should hate them when they're also humans like us.

"But Michael, you know very well that our CEO is homophobic. What if he caughts us and fires us?"

"Who cares? When I'm with you, I'm willing to surrender everything. My job, my wealth, anything."

Seo ya could not help but to let out a slight squeal from all the excitement she felt. All of the sudden, when she was about to get closer to the door to listen well, someone pinned their arms to the door, cornering Seo ya.

Seo ya looks at the person who pinned her against the wall, and sees Tyler. She only had one thing in her mind. 'Shoot, what if he hears their conversation and fires them?'Seo ya thought.

"What are you doing here?" Tyler asked. "I want to ask that to you, sir. What are you doing here instead of accompanying the lady you were with earlier?" Seo ya asked.

"She left already after taking a note of your name. You've been weird today. You've been getting on my nerves. I could not help but to ask, who are—" the door suddenly opened, causing them to bump into each other.

"Argh," Tyler proclaimed. "Sir?! Why are you here? D-Don't tell me..!" One of the two men said. "Huh? Why are you two inside the room?" Tyler asked. The two men, thinking that Tyler heard their conversation, thought that Tyler finally know that they're gay.

"I'm sorry for not telling you sir but... Yes, we're gay," one of the two men said. 'Shoot, that's not it, Tyler, haven't heard of your conversation!'Seo ya thought, screaming inside.

"Ha," Tyler let out a dumbfounded laugh. "I'm sorry sir—" "I've heard enough. It's a pity how the company loses the both of you, which are hard working people. You guys are fired," Tyler said.

"What?! Are you insane?! Just because they're gay, you're going to fire them?!" Seo ya yelled. "It's my company, and it's my choice to keep or let go of my people. They're merely people who worked here," Tyler said, making Seo ya dumbfounded

"I see, you're homophobic, what an asshole. But you know what? There is no need for you to like them, nor hate them. Just let them be. Yes, it's your company. But is their life, yours? Just let them live their life!" Seo ya yelled.

"It disgusts me," Tyler said. "And guess what? You disgust me too," Seo ya replied with a glare. "You can't stop love. Regardless of having the same gender, once you start loving someone, you can't stop loving them. You'll just find someone who'll love you more," Seo ya said.

"I'm not here for your advice," Tyler said. "And I'm not here for your nonsense talk," Seo ya said. "See? This is what I meant by different. You are acting strangely, it pisses me off."

"Then piss off, you asshole," Seo ya said, as she raised her chin. "Ha, what exactly happened to you? You've got the audacity to call me that?" Seo ya stared at his eyes and wondered. "That's my question. Just what happened to you to make you think that way?" Seo ya asked.

A flash of memories came by Tyler's head, causing him to feel depressed. "Tsk," he said. Annoyed, he could not help but to say, "They're disgusting, it makes me shiver. Are gays even—" before he could finish his talk, Seo ya slapped the hell out of him.

"Shut the hell out of your mouth before I tear it to pieces, okay?" Seo ya asked, calm but blood thirsty inside. "This is not the old Seo Hyun you used to know, sir. So you better get ready, since once you're with me, you've got consequences to handle," she said, looking down at him.

'All my life, I was treated like a fragile glass, but he slapped me with no hesitation, and looked down on me like I'm a pest. Just who, ah no. What happened to you?' Tyler asked.

Will this love story of a homophobic CEO and a LGBTQ supporter even bloom? Or will it embark on something new?
