Third Individual's POV
"You're crazy. The trip to Sydney and the project I'll do there, has my business at stake. And you're telling me to entrust it to you? Give me a valid reason as to why I should give my permission," she said.
"Just trust me for now, sister. Have I ever disappointed you except that time when I left home? If you look at the bright side, I had always excelled in everything," he said, bragging.
Seo ya was left dumbfounded as if she had no words to spare. "Fine, I'll entrust it to you. By the way, you should come home often. You have no idea how much mom and dad are worried about you," she continued with a faint smile.
"Haha, I will if I have time. Ah right, just a reminder that please, don't go outside without my signal. Just trust me, I promise there's no harm in doing so," he remarked. "Alright. See you, brother," she said.
"Good bye, sister. I missed you," Seo Hyun said as he hung up. "Who was that miss?" Mr. Ahn asked. "My twin brother. He told me that he'll go to Sydney at my stead so don't fret. For now, let me get my beauty rest," Seo ya said as she closed her eyes on the sofa.
As Seo ya fell into a deep sleep, Mr. Ahn sighed and said, "Miss, you trust your brother way too much despite the fact that he broke your heart by leaving you all alone. I wonder how you were able to handle the pain that's buried in your heart."
It has been a few hours since then. All of a sudden, Seo ya woke up from the loud noise of my phone. It appears as though someone is calling her. As she accepted the call, she was shocked to hear the remarks of the person—which is actually a hospital staff. "Greetings, are you Jang Seo ya, the sibling of Mr. Jang Seo Hyun?" She asked, in a panic.
"Yes, that's me," she replied. "I'm afraid that your brother got in an accident while riding a vehicle towards the airline. Unfortunately, it is said to be a hit and run by the officers, so kindly go to Hangul Hospital," she said, making her staggered.
Seo ya immediately grabbed her car keys and went to the hospital. They directed her to the lobby, and where they were about to transfer Seo Hyun to the surgery room.
Seo ye hastily went towards him, lying down on the bed, and said, "Brother... W-What happened?" She couldn't help but to cry. In the midst of losing consciousness, he said, "In the meantime, please act like me and look after my CEO." She was puzzled and befuddled. "What do you mean?" Seo ye inquired.
He said in a raspy murmur, "Jang organization and my CEO's organization is in danger, you should track down the spy and inherit what's yours." Seo ya couldn't help yet to be befuddled. Tears were gushing in her eyes and she was confused at his explanation so she just pierced what he said in my head.
Before he passed out, he said cheerfully, "I love you sister. Not just you but mother and father too. I missed you all to such an extent. Until I awaken, if it's not too much trouble, deal with my CEO as you carry on, acting like me. In the event that you don't, your life will be at risk. According to the spy, you are the one who got in an accident and is now dead, Seo ya."
She could not help but faint. These things were too much for her to handle. After all, all of her years, she has been under pressure, but nothing beats the pressure she held, watching her brother covered in blood.
'How foolish. If I was strong enough to handle all the pain, pressure, and workload, then wouldn't these things happen? If I didn't get lazy in going to Sydney, would this ever happen? Ah no,' she thought.
'If I wasn't born, then all these things wouldn't happen,' Seo ya thought, in her sleep. 'How weird. Why am I only feeling an immense ache in my heart right now, when all of my life, whenever I got hurt, I would always smile as if nothing happened?'
The image of her brother flashed in her mind. 'If it's for you, then isn't it right to get some revenge?'she tried to reach the image of her brother which was in her mind, but couldn't.
'I will avenge you, brother,' Seo ya said, opening her eyes, ready to mark the world—her property. And that's when her life as Jang Seo ya to Jang Seo Hyun begins.
As Seo ya opened her eyes, she found herself in a room, on a hospital bed. "Did I faint?" She asked herself, as she tried to recall what happened. All of the sudden, the door to the room opened.
"Miss, you're awake!" Her secretary—Ahn Min Hyuk said in a panic as he went closer to her. "Did you brought me here?" She asked, confused. "The hospital called me and explained everything. Not to mention, they said that you fainted, miss. For now, you should focus on resting. What happened may have caused a shock to you," he advised with a smile.
'That's right, my brother got In accident,' Seo ya thought. "What are you going to do now, miss?" Min Hyuk asked. "What else? I've got to get ready for revenge. How dare they do this to my sibling?" She asked, agitated.
"But miss, since your sibling was dressed up as you, doesn't that mean that you're originally the target?" He asked, making Seo ya flinch. "That's right. There's no doubt about it. Someone is after my life," she said.
Seo ya fell speechless for a moment and chuckled. "Bring me a suit, and a wig," she said with a smile. "What for, miss?" He asked, confused. "Before my brother fainted, he told me that I should act like him. I need to find out the truth behind this, so hurry up," Seo ya frowned.
"Noted miss. Now that we're on the subject, would you like me to buy you a strapper? Inorder to flatten your chest?" "Good idea, now go," she replied with a smile.
'Miss keeps on smiling, but it's obvious that she's hurt by the accident of her brother. She's always like that. Smiling, but crying on the inside,' Min Hyuk thought after he left.
