A man with a dark brown hair, straight nose and an average face. He had a sleek body with compressed muscles, and a height of 6ft. He woke up in a place where darkness surrounds him. No sound, no light, and nothing to touch except the ground. Waking up, he wondered where he was but at that moment, Arthur's mind ached as memories of his past life was integrated to his brain. Unknown to him, his brain began to change.
He sat up as he held himself back from falling down. After that excruciating experience, he took a deep breath and exhaled it all in one breath. After calming down he organized his own memories, after looking at each of his memories, he now understand that his memories have loopholes. He thought of this and came to the conclusion that some of his memories was not there.
Weirdly all the memories he remembered are just novels, mangas, anime and such. Stopping himself for a moment, he looked around and wondered how he got here. Arthur tried to talk but it seems like in this space, no sound will come out. Considering his options, he decided to just walk in a random direction and see where that leads him.
Arthur's POV:
'Where the hell am I?' I wondered as I walked in a straight manner for years or so. I don't really have a watch here, nor anything that can accurately depict the time. In fact, nothing is in here, it's just me and it seems like it will be like that for who knows how long.
I'm so bored. Nothing is in here and there's nothing I can do as well, all I see is darkness. I don't even know if I'm closing my eyes or not, I wanna beat my meat as well but there's no 'material' to look at while doing the deed. Sighing for the nth time, I decided to just lie down and wait for something to happen.

I'm seriously wondering how am I still sane from waiting this long, I should've already gone insane, is this some sort of skill I got from surviving in this place that is kind of similar to the void that I have read in fanfics?
Anyways I'm sick of this place, I just want to go somewhere, anywhere than this place.
General POV:
As Arthur was sulking on the ground. A bright light started glimmering in the distance. As Arthur was about to take a nap, he saw the shiny, glimmering light. A shiver and excitement ran down his spine as he quickly sat up and took off to the direction of the light.
"THERE YOU ARE, MY SAVIOR!!" his breathing was uneven as he ran with all his might towards the light.
'No don't go to the light' a light whisper was heard by Arthur, he ignored it and ran towards the light while shouting "B*TCH, I WAS STUCK HERE FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG, I'M NOT LISTENING TO YOU!!" then he jumped towards the light and it engulfed him.

Arthur POV:
"Ugh where am I?" I asked but still opened my eyes. Rather than the darkness that's been embracing me since the day I woke up there, the scene in front of me was like a forest with rainbows as water and the animals where as majestic as they can be.
"Woah" I can't help but marvel the beautiful scene in front of me. While I was staring at the scenery, a small glimmer of blue light started glowing on the right side of my vision. Getting out of my stupor, I looked towards the blue light and saw a screen.

"You know what... Since it's gonna be like this, I'll just pick a power where I can perform above others" I muttered to myself as I scratched my head.
"Okay, first wish. I want to have chakra with a higher amount than Naruto after the 4th great ninja war" I typed it down as I sat on the neatly done grass. Waiting for the system or the screen to accept or deny it.
'I know it's a risky move but when you think about it. Other animes have main characters or side characters that can destroy planets with a touch or destroy universes and are basically a walking nuke. So considering that, Naruto with the nine tails and sage of six paths is not that crazy, but still okay. Besides, it said "Too" so if it's only overpowered then it's fine.'

I let out a sigh of relief, I honestly thought it would get denied, thank goodness this system or screen is not those kinds of system that just gives out punishments that will kill you.
"Okay that's fine, now for my second wish" saying that I racked my brain immediately for any sort of wish I wanted.
After an hour or so, I decided my second wish "I want to have all Minato Namikaze's experience, senses, techniques, and knowledge about chakra and seals".
I held my breath and looked at the screen. My eyes never darting away from it for even a second.
[2nd Wish granted]
"YESS!!" I couldn't help but shout out my happiness. As they say no risk no reward. I lied down the grass with immense happiness, though I still miss my family.
"Wait a minute... What if?" I sat up and walked back to the screen, looked over it and hovered my hand towards it, hesitatingly I typed down my last and final wish.
"I want the ability to be able to go to my old world and my new world whenever I want and without any backlash and any restrictions. I want the timeline of my old world to be after I died"
As I finished typing it down, I held my breath, and hoped that it would work, I really missed my family and I want to meet them again. My older sister is still working hard for the family. My mom waiting back home to greet us when we come back. "I- I want to see you guys again..."

General POV:
As the screen appeared in front of him, tears were falling down his face as fell down onto his butt. His sobs were quiet but can still be heard.
As he finished crying to himself, he wiped his face with his hands and walked towards the screen, and proceeded to click 'Done' with a smile on his face.
