Chapter 36: The hell he chose
Defiance followed the young girl in front of her closely behind. They didn't say much to each other as she was busy with the flat object everyone called a phone which seem to take their whole interest.
She didn't quite understand the function of a phone yet except it made teenagers stupid. The girl in front of her has stepped in two steeped hole yet she still had her eyes glued to the flat object and it didn't help that she laughed at interval like the phone was speaking to her.
They passed a familiar place. It was the first place she first met Conrad a few days ago when she told him that she was soaked in blood but he didn't believe her.
She shouldn't have known better that he was not to be trusted but against every advice her mother had given her, she had listened to her heart instead of her head and now, she would do anything to put her fist through his abdomen.
