Chapter 188: Interrupted happiness
Conrad followed his gaze and it fell on the girl by his feet. He frowned.
"Granddaughter? You look twenty, dude! You need a doctor"
"Well, let's say I take skin care seriously. Hand her over or I am going to take her and kill you, werewolf"
Conrad surveyed his environment. The scent he was getting from them told him two things. They weren't werewolves and they weren't humans either.
"What are you?" He asked bluntly.
"We are vampires, my boy. Now, give it!"
"Vampires, I thought your kind was extinct but anyhoo, the only way you are getting your hands on my girl is over my dead body…and it's going to be difficult to kill me and my friends you will see"
Elijah nodded like he understood.
"Friends?"
Conrad smiled. He wasn't frightened for some reason.
