Chapter 138: You got all the power
Defiance wanted nothing more than to be far away from Conrad but the alternative was freezing to death. She rubbed her palm together, they were freezing. The car's heater has since stopped working.
She wanted to resist but if there is a chance for both of them to be warm, wasn't it tactical for her to take it?
"How does this work?" Defiance asked him. This was awkward and uncomfortable.
Conrad's eyes were glued to her but he kept his distance. He wanted her to come to him of her own freewill.
He unzipped his own jacket that was barely a jacket to reveal that he was wearing a white screw-neck shirt. He dropped the jacket on the headrest and took off the shirt.
He was naked from his chest up and Defiance didn't mean to stare but she did briefly before she looked away.
Conrad saw that and he smiled. His girlfriend was too shy to see his bare chest.
