"Incidentally, you don't know Haidar's true feelings for you, so from now on maybe you should start keeping your distance from him a little, Rain. I don't mean to not allow you to be friends anymore. No, Rain!" Raden quickly explained before Raina misunderstood what he said while moving his hand.
"You heard from Haidar that there was a girl close to him?" Raina nodded her head, "So from now you should keep your distance from Haidar, I'm afraid the girl will misunderstand and not like you because you are too close to Haidar, Rain. Well, maybe everyone on campus knows that you and Haidar are friends, but not everyone accepts your closeness, Rain."
"Just take me as an example, I sometimes don't like it and at the same time don't accept it when I see you close to Haidar." continued Raden in his heart.
"Hmmm, you're right, Aden. From now on I have to keep my distance from Haidar because we are both adults. I also don't want to hurt the girl who is getting close to Haidar. If I knew who that girl, I would even help her to get close to Haidar."
"Are you not jealous, Rain?" Raden asked.
"Hahaha why am I jealous, if Haidar is close to a girl I'm happy."
"Why are you happy?"
"So you don't think Haidar is gay anymore."
Raina's words made Raden silent and did not reply to the girl's words.
Raden chose to rub his nape with a smile.
So the story goes that Raina satirized Raden because he thought Haidar was gay, right?
"R-rain, are you angry because I thought Haidar was gay?" Raden asked Raina, because the boy was afraid Raina would get angry.
Because after this they have to do the task together, so it's not fun when Raina gets angry.
Even though Raden likes to be annoying, Raina has never once been angry with Raden, so this guy is easygoing.
But what if Raina is angry now?
From what he said earlier it seemed that Raina was angry because all this time Raden considered Haidar a gay just because Haidar had never been seen to be close to girls other than Raina.
Of course Raina was angry, Haidar was her childhood friend and everywhere they were always together but Raden talked about Haidar as he pleased.
For example, when Haidar is hungry, Raina must have memorized it.
The girl knew all about Haidar and Haidar was not a gay like what Raden had said.
Raina doesn't accept that someone talks about Haidar but it doesn't match the facts, even though it's not Raina who's being talked about, Raina's heart hurts. DO NOT ACCEPT!
"Rain, why are you looking at me like that?" Raden panicked because Raina had been staring intently at him until Raden didn't dare to swallow his saliva.
As long as they were friends, this was the first time Raina stared at Raden like that.
Just imagine, how scared Raden felt when he saw this girl who always had a beautiful and friendly smile when she met him suddenly let out a sharp gaze.
Truly, a rare and frightening sight.
Maybe Raina didn't like Raden's words, but which one?
The problem is that today Raden spoke a lot, especially when he argued with Kenzo.
Apparently Raden didn't know where his mistake was which made Raina angry.
"Rain, I'm afraid you will see like that."
Yes, Raden was really afraid of Raina's gaze this time.
If Raina looked at Raden as usual, the boys would already be nervous.
Even more scared, Raden could still think like that.
"Raina when she's angry is really scary. I didn't expect that Raina could stare intently like this."
Raden shuddered and then glanced at Raina who apparently had not defeated Raden's gaze, "Rain, are you mad at me? What's wrong with you, Rain."
"Aden, can I say something to you. I was going to talk earlier but I was already with Kenzo."
Raden looked at Raina doubtfully before nodding his head, "Y-yes, just say it."
Raina immediately stopped making Raden automatically stop his steps too.
Raina turned to Raden, "Honestly, when I heard you say that Haidar is uhm Haidar is gay, I don't accept it. Why did you jump to conclusions like that when you don't know Haidar is like a person, just because Haidar is only close to girls other than me then you think he's gay?"
Raina shook her head then continued her words, "I really don't think about you, you might think Haidar is gay. Haidar is a real boy and he also doesn't gay like what you said earlier, I know more about Haidar than you do. I who is his best friend since childhood, have never had such thoughts just because Haidar was only close to me."
"I've never had a problem with Haidar wanting to be close to anyone even though all of his friends are boys. I think Haidar is more comfortable being friends with boys but that doesn't mean Haidar is gay."
Raina looked at Raden one more time before breaking eye contact with the boy, "I know I'm exaggerating because I'm making an issue of this, but I'm just saying that I don't accept it when you say Haidar is gay. I'm his best friend and I know more about Haidar than all of you, so I beg you not to talk carelessly about Haidar because I will stand up for all of you opponents including you, Raden."
Raden suddenly became a statue because Raina's words had stabbed him in the heart, this was the first time Raden had heard Raina say this seriously.
Is it possible that his words were too outrageous to make Rainaya Dewi Malik, who rarely or almost never gets angry, is now furious at Raden?
Maybe Raden's words this time are too much.
If not, Raina wouldn't be angry.
"Rain, so you're angry because of what I said earlier? I'm sorry for thinking Haidar is gay. I'm sorry Rain, don't be angry with me again."
"I'm not angry, I'm just saying that I don't accept what you said about Haidar. I'm sorry if my words hurt you but my heart also hurt when you said Haidar was gay."
