"Splendid Performance Lord Zhong Xing," the emperor commented, laughing hilariously.
Don't know what's so funny about when Zhong was the one who got hurt.
"Open all the gates!"
The next command of the emperor surprised Zhong who just breathed a sigh of relief.
A herd of ogres rushed out of those dark tunnels, looking around while their monstrous hands covered their faces. It seems they were imprisoned for a very very long time, out of sunlight reach.
Zhong stomped his feet on the ground in rage , suddenly he realised the hard crust was buried in. His eyesight falls on the disgusting dried skull of the human head crushed under his sandal.
And there wasn't only one dried skull, thousands more were buried including bones and swords. The whole battlefield was actually covered with skulls and bones of knights who might have become food of these beasts and ogres.
"What this mortal has been actually doing?"
