Lind was studying scrolls when a knock came to his door. He sighed as he expected it.
"Come in, Linghu." The young appearing man came in and looked troubled. The narrow face was so much like his sister's when they were troubled. Shi was currently educating the true weavers.
No one admitted being uncomfortable with the profession but Lind had been explicit on the rules they had to live by and any violations would face a death penalty.
Unlike any other profession, even bandits would side with others to kill a weaver trying to resurrect the Soulmancers.
"What did they say?" Lind knew many of the envoys preferred talking to Linghu as he was a native man plus a severe victim of the previous Supreme Soulmancer. Lind had to reveal it all to get Linghu spared as well as his sister.
