The next morning came, and I was woken up, by the rays of sunlight falling on my face. I grunted and opened my eyes, and I saw that my bed was empty. She had already left before I could wake up, but her scent lingered on my bed. I got up and put my shorts on and cleaned the room a bit.
I walked to the window to see if she was there, but all I saw that her window was covered with blinders. I sighed and walked into my bathroom. I brushed my teeth and took a shower. I wrapped my bottom with the towel and I walked up to the mirror and I looked at myself.
I saw that where she had bitten me and I touched it and I remembered her. I remembered how she felt. I look at my reflection in the mirror, yet I barely know myself anymore. Realized how much I have changed. Furthermore, I would have never done something like this before, yet now it felt alright as if it was nothing.
I exhaled and I quickly got dressed. I walked downstairs, and I found mom in the kitchen. She was as usual making breakfast. I sat at the table, and she said, "You know that most people go to their girlfriend's house, right?"
I was caught, but it wasn't so surprising, we were making some noise, but I was hoping that she didn't hear any of it. "I am sorry, mom."
She sighed and turned around with the plate full of eggs, toast and tomatoes in her hands and said, "Well, I'll forgive you just this once. But I would really like to meet Ashley some day." She put the plate down.
"That would happen, but after a very, very, very long time." I cut a piece of egg and ate it.
She pouted and said, "I knew I should have barged in to stop you two."
"Then the therapist of Beacon Hill would earn a fortune from the Belmont family." She looked at me and said, "Come on, why you don't want me to meet her?" She sat down with her cup of coffee.
"Because I am still not sure about the relationship we have… and it's not like I am marrying her and should introduce her to the family."
She looked at me and said, "You two had sex, I'd say the relationship is pretty clear."
I looked at her and put my utensils down and said, "It's not that simple, mom."
She looked at me, and she grabbed my hand and said, "What is it you can tell me?"
I looked at her and said, "I don't want to have this talk with you, mom." She looked at me and I sighed and said, "Last night she broke up with her boyfriend, and you know the rest."
I leaned back in my chair, and she looked at me and asked, "So the thing that happened before was not with Ashley?"
I shook my head and said, "No." She took a sip of her coffee and said, "Huh, my son really is a ladykiller."
I sighed and just wanted to leave, it was getting awkward, but she grabbed my hand, and she said, "Finn, stop." I turned and asked, "What?"
She said, "Just sit down and listen to your mother." I stood still and folded my arms, and she said, "Love is complicated, and with your generation even more so. But it doesn't have to be, you just need to find the right person. You need to be with someone who makes tough times bearable. So just think if she is that person."
I nodded and said, "Thanks, mom." She got up, and she hugged me and said, "Everything will play out as it is supposed to… hmm?"
I exhaled and nodded, she then touched my face with her hands and said, "Now, finish up your breakfast and lock the doors on your way out." I nodded, and she took her purse and she walked out of the house. Likewise, I sat down again and ate my breakfast.

I reached school and saw the window fixed up with some tape and tarp. I parked my car and got out of it. Waited to see if she or anyone else would show, but no one did. I was kinda grateful for it, I didn't want to deal with Scott.
I walked in the school and walked to my locker, took out my books and proceeded to English. After the class had started I still didn't see, Stiles, Scott and Allison. I was correct, they didn't show up today. I wish I could take a leave today as well.

I was sitting in the parking lot and having lunch with Erica. She put her sandwich down, and she said, "Spill."
I looked at my t-shirt and asked, "Where?"
She looked at me and said, "Ugh, I meant what is up with you today? You seem lost in your thoughts? What is happening?"
I nodded and said, "It's nothing much, my usual, nothing important."
She looked at me, and she said, "No, this is different. You usually sigh a lot, but today you are just quiet. So what happened?"
I decided to tell her about what happened last night. She looked at me and I said, "So?"
She said, "Wow, so they were attacked by a serial killer?"
I looked at her and said, "Yeah, but forget that for a moment, what about me?"
She looked at me and ate a piece of her sandwich and said, "What about you?"
I groaned and said, "I just told you what I did and…"
She sighed and said, "You seem to misunderstand all of it, Finn." I looked at her, and she said, "There is nothing for you to worry about." I was confused and she "You have no say in this matter, there is no decision you can make. So no point in worrying about it, man. Yes, you did bang someone's girl, but it happened after the break-up, and it is pretty morally sound or at least gray."
I sighed, and she said, "It is, as once a man said, "We were on a break." But damn, you are just killing it." I sighed and nodded and said, "Thanks for the talk…"
She smiled and said, "Anytime."

After having that talk with Erica, I felt a little light about it all. The rest of the day went by without any hitch. The practice was halted due to the incident. So I had extra time. So I decided to check up on Ashley while I was free.
I reached her cave and she came running at me, then she must have caught the scent of Allison, and she bit me. "Hey, not nice, Ashley why did you do that?" She ran off in her cave and didn't come out. I still waited by the tree for her, trying to make her come out. I brought out treats and everything, but she won't budge. "Guess she won't come out today…"
I don't understand why she is upset like this, but her behavior aside, there was something odd as well. I could feel someone's eyes following me. Someone was watching me. I got up and took a whiff, but it didn't feel like a human, walked that direction to see if I was right, but all I found was a bunny. I exhaled, walked back to the tree.
She didn't come out, and I just put her food out and walked out of there. I reached home and I looked at Allison's window, and it was still closed, and I sighed and walked inside the house. I don't know what she is thinking, but as Erica said, "No point in worrying about it." I did my best not to think about her and continued my day as I would.

Night fell, and the sky was devoid of any clouds, but the moon was missing. The sky felt empty. I was sitting on the roof, smoking as usual. I wasn't able to sleep… I was anxious. I heard someone opening the door and I turned to see, and it was Allison. She saw me, and she exhaled and climbed out the window and jumped on the tree and made her way to my roof.
She walked over to me and sat next to me. I snubbed my cigarette, and we sat there in silence, not knowing what to say. "I am sorry." We both said to each other. She looked at me and tilted her head and asked, "Why are you sorry?"
I smacked my lips and said, "I am sorry I should have stopped you. I… *sigh you came to me when you were vulnerable, and I took advantage of it. You came looking for comfort and solace, and I did that to you."
She looked at me and said, "Who say I didn't find comfort." I looked at her, and she said, "I was sad about what happened between me and Scott. He lied to me, kept secrets, and I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to see him, but I didn't want to be alone. You helped me with that. I found comfort in you, Finn, and I am thankful for it. But I also realized that I don't want to be in a relationship… not right now anyway."
I chuckled and said, "So I suppose we are to stay friends then?"
She looked at me and said, "I know it will be hard, but I just need a friend now."
I chuckled and said, "To friends, then?" She smiled and nodded, "Who sometimes sleeps together?" She chuckled and smacked my arm and said, "No." I looked at her and said, "Alright, to being friends."

Hey guys, I hope you liked the chapter. By this point I think you realize that the series will now become faster. There will be an early end to the season. Like Allison broke up with Scott, Jackson is attacked, Derek most likely captured by this point. Malia/Ashley feeling insure about Mc. Peter trying to find who the wolf is and how to manipulate, him. I just want to ask like one question. In like season one Lydia gets attacked and in the second she kinda becomes like the banshee. So like does she need to be attacked to become that or is she is that by default. To be honest, I really need to rewatch the first season to brush up on some stuff. But I have one thing in my way stoping me from doing that. That is Apex legends mobile! Whoo! I have been playing it since last night already on level 9. But all that aside. Leave a comment if you liked the chapter, throw some stones while you are at it and i will see you in the next one. ByeI
