Amanda raised her glass only because her father had threatened her beforehand if she did or said anything that might embarrass him, he would punish her in some way.
Kraig looked at Amanda beside her and held back a laugh. She now stood idly by with an expression of pure boredom and displeasure on her face.
"You better undo that face." He whispered to her while keeping a smile on his lips to show he was happy with the union. And he was. Not because he thought Keira was good for Adrian, but because she'd finally found her fated mate and wouldn't bother him anymore.
