Delina was out of words. 'Hideous'? She couldn't understand how a handsome man such as Edgar had that kind of concept about himself.
"WHo the hell told you're hideous?" She asked him, astonished.
"Everyone in my family circle. Some women. I mean… I am much bigger than any other male, bigger than I should. I am not handsome enough to be considered royal."
"I don't know those people, but I can guarantee you they are definitely crazy." Delina raised her hands and moved it up and down, as if scanning his body. " And that is not my opinion. Before I came to see you, when people were trying to convince me to marry you, they would say you're very handsome. Even the maids were all daydreaming about you."
"What?" He asked, looking at her as if the crazy one was her. "Maybe they spread those rumors so no one would know how horrible I am."
