Ethan woke up with mixed feelings the next day after a good night's rest. His sleep hadn't been all that peaceful but it hadn't been bad either. If not for one nightmare he had where his mother was surrounded by werewolves that looked ready to hear her to shreds, he would have called his night's sleep perfect.
Where he had been in that dream was a mystery. He had not seen himself or anyone he knew in that dream except his mother who had been defenseless. The dream worried him greatly as it was a Reminder of what could happen if he failed to protect his mother. Hence his mixed feelings.
