The generals had left to go see to their own agenda's after the meeting with the captains. As exciting as it would be to spectate a mission that the minister of security and defense himself had commissioned to their base, the generals were way too tired to sit through hours of footage that was most probably going to be of dead bodies and partially destroyed houses. They had seen far too many of such things themselves both when they used to serve in the field and later when they became upper echelons and even held secret bets amongst themselves as they watched a live raid or rescue.
