The abominations became invisible and flew slowly toward the enemy camp, taking care to fly high and avoid the zombies.
They had no way to confirm if the undead had intelligence or could use skills like mana vision, so they were cautious.
"These zombies are obviously cannon fodder; there's no point in investigating them deeply," one of the abominations said after temporarily connecting with a zombie lion and finding the undead's mind vacant.
"You know the bad feeling Lord Treevor had about those transparent orcs? I feel the same way," the abominations began discussing amongst themselves as they advanced to mask their growing nervousness.
"Don't be cowards! As long as they don't use mana vision, we won't be detected—" The abomination acting as leader tried to calm the team, but a bone-chilling feeling stopped the telepathic conversation.
