Chereads / The Alpha Fell For The Hybrid Princess / Chapter 15 - Ch. 15 Her Name Is Quinn

Chapter 15 - Ch. 15 Her Name Is Quinn

"Her name is Quinn Harrowcroft. Her father is Lord Harrowcroft's brother, while her mother is an elf who lives in the fairy kingdom. So there is a possibility that she is your mate if you only found your mate on the day of her return to the mortal realm, " said Iona, explaining her childhood friend's situation.

"Yup. Most likely, she is your mate, Alpha. What do you think?"

It's weird. If Quinn just came back to the mortal realm, why did she infiltrate his pack house?

"What does she look like?" without answering his grinning Beta, Lyod again asked Iona.

"Trust me. She's the most beautiful girl in this world. She had bright blonde hair and a beautiful pair of green eyes. She's like a fairy… well, she's an elf, but her beauty is beyond far from the meaning itself."

"Do you think she will like me?"

"Of course. Since childhood, Quinn has loved werewolves and had a dream one day that one of the werewolves in this realm would find her as his mate. She will love you."

Lyod heaved a sigh of relief and was looking forward to meeting Quinn Harrowcroft.

"Let's go meet her now!" exclaimed Iona, making her lover and Alpha Lyod jump in shock.

"Now? Right now now?"

"Yes!"

"I can't."

"Yeah, he can't."

Iona looked at her lover and the Alpha in turn. Why did the two young men agree not to meet Quinn?

From the outside, Lyod was the most impatient to meet his mate, but Iona was the most eager to bring the couple. One was her lover's Alpha, and one was her dearest childhood friend.

Quinn had been her best friend since childhood, and she had missed her a lot since she lived with Doug in the werewolf realm three years ago. Now Quinn has returned to the mortal realm, and she couldn't wait to meet the girl.

If Quinn was Lyod's mate and would soon become Luna, wouldn't that mean she would see her best friend every day? She wouldn't feel lonely here and wouldn't have to pretend to be a good girl in front of a two-faced girl like Louisa.

Everyone knew that Lyod's and his childhood sweetheart's lover was Louisa. So naturally, no other girl could approach Lyod other than Louisa, but Iona knows very well that other girls didn't dare to approach Lyod because of Louisa's hidden threat.

The female werewolf approached and frightened all the girls who dared to flirt with Lyod. She always stated that Lyod was hers to those poor girls.

Louisa had almost the same strength and agility as the other werewolves. She even earned a title and respect amongst the warriors. No wonder all the female wolves in this realm were afraid of Louisa.

"Why? Isn't the sooner you meet your mate, the better?"

"Iona, have you forgotten the rules? If the sun has risen, outsiders who are not residents of the mortal realm must not enter it without the lord's permission. So if we want to meet the Harrowcroft family officially, we have to get the human lord's permission first."

Iona sighed resignedly to hear that because she knew what her lover said was true.

"When will you ask permission? I want to come with you too."

'Looks like I don't need to ask permission.' added Lyod through his mind-linking to Doug as if he didn't hear Iona's eager tone. 'My parents have obtained permission for a few days to go to the mortal realm to find my mate, remember?'

Douglass's mouth opened as if to say the letter 'A' when he heard his Alpha's words.

'So you're going with your parents?'

Lyod tried to imagine his mother's reaction when he told his mother he would come to the mortal realm with them. Lyod sighed resignedly, thinking about his mother's response later.

'I don't have other choices.'

Aria went straight to Rousell's room as soon as she woke up around five in the morning. The middle-aged man was still sound asleep, making Aria feel uneasy.

Usually, the chef would wake up before her, but why wasn't Rousell awake yet?

Aria walked in to wake Rousell but swallowed her voice when she saw the clean, bloodless skin on the man's back.

The wound… The wound has healed!!

No bruise marks or streaks of punches on his back! That means the white Alpha's magic ointment worked!

Aria smiled happily and decided to let Rousell sleep a little longer. She wrote something down on paper and placed it on the nightstand next to Rousell's bed.

Aria went out of the room with a happy heart and started her daily duties as a housemaid. Luckily, the academy has entered the holiday season, so she didn't have to go to school for a whole week and relax while the Chavau family went shopping or picnicking.

The academy would also hold a masquerade party in three days to close the end of this semester's school year. She couldn't wait to come to the party and dance with her elven friends.

But, when she recalled that the alumnus would come to the party, her spirit dissolved. Most of the alumni were werewolves, and she hated to be in the same room with them.

This witch's mistress wouldn't let her go to the party… just like in previous years.

Not long after Rousell's door closed, the middle-aged man opened his eyes and got up from his lying position. He straightened his back and scrunched his hand wide to feel no pain in his back.

"Not bad. The medicine created by the healer in the werewolf realm is indeed otherworldly." Rousell glanced at the nightstand and took out a piece of paper with Aria's handwriting.

'I've applied magic lotion to your back, so don't be surprised if you suddenly recover, okay? But, don't go out of your room for today and pretend to be a sick person. Don't worry about me because I'll be fine. Just don't leave the room, okay?'

Rousell smiled gently, reading Aria's writing, then his palm gave off a white light turning the paper into dust and vanishing into the wind.

In an instant, his face with a few wrinkles turned into a handsome young man with two blue eyes as beautiful as the ocean.

Rousell raised his index finger and used his magic on himself. Seconds later, he turned into a golden butterfly that had accompanied Aria as Vlinder.
