Yet again, she managed to cause a scene of embarrassment. "Oh, my wolf became overly protective," Jazmin says, the truth of her actions. It's common for the new mate's to be aggressively protective at the start of the bonding.
"Nice to meet you, Clyde. Again, I do apologize for my reaction. It's very unlike me to be like this. I hope we didn't start on the wrong foot," Jazmin smiles nervously at the Beta.
Clyde laughs at her reaction, "Why would you be sorry, silly? It's normal behavior." he says to cheer Jazmin up.
Jazmin becomes hesitant in her response. "This is all new to me, and I wouldn't know what was normal or not for mates," Jazmin says to Clyde. No one told her what exactly would happen once she found her mate.
Clyde grins, "honestly, the experience of having a mate isn't the same for everyone, so it's not something someone can prepare for." Clyde says in a reassuring tone.
