Andor.
There was total silence outside the cage for about an hour; then, we heard screams. Igor might have been shouting, but I recognized his voice. No doubt, Igor had found Kara. Or she had found him.
Either way, he was not walking out of there alive. Igor's screams pleased me, and I could not help but smile. He was an old vampire, but he was not as old as Marius and his siblings. A simple wooden stake through the heart was enough to do the trick. Then the screaming stopped, and then I turned to Iris.
"I told you so," I said.
Iris sneered at me. "Are you trying to say that I am weak?"
I shook my head. "Come on. I never said that; I am happy she cared for him."
"It felt like you were doing your victory dance in front of me, and I do not appreciate that," Iris said.
"Come on. It was just a harmless joke." I replied.
"Just apologize, and let us move on."
"I am sorry," I said.
