I went out of the bedroom, closing the door silently with my foot and hearing someone calling my name. When I turned around, I saw Mallory, Luke, Raphael, and Rick standing in the corridor, right in front of the door, while Kristof was pressing his back to the wall. His eyes were fixed on me, but when I turned around, he slowly looked down at the two babies wrapped in white towels in my hands. I looked over them, then pressed the babies to my chest and went silently to the nearest room, where we were holding wedding gifts. I put the babies into the crib delivered to us this morning and started looking over the gift Aiden and Letty gave us. Likewise, I remember how Aurora told me to open that box after the babies will be born, as Letty asked.
