Going down to the dungeons was even more unbearable when I realized that I was going to talk with my father who wanted to kill my husband, kidnap my kids and use me as a chicken. I clutched Markus's hand, concentrating on the fact that he was with me, and would do everything to put an end to this mystery. He was my support and the only one whom I could believe and trust my fear or secret.
It took us a few minutes to reach the main room in the dungeons, from which a few dozen of corridors were going. Markus stopped at the center of the room, then whistled, and around twenty men in black suits went out of the corridors and looked at him. They stood as straight as rocks, even their eyes froze at Markus.
"How are our prisoners feeling?" Markus asked, looking around his soldiers and studying their reactions. They slowly looked at each other, then their eyes turned back to Markus.
