Well, even if that is a trap, I can't do anything as the idea of catching this group of vampires is bigger than the possible danger. Moreover, if we'll really decide to go there, we should take a lot of qualified guards with us so that will raise the percentage of our protection. However, we should still be sure that the Orcs won't betray us to not risk our people. And to do that, we need to propose something that they will definitely like.

The best solution would be to propose a place of living where this smell either won't be felt or could be easily hidden with some other additional and more pleasant smell. But, what this place is looking like?
