When I woke up after a while, it was somewhere between the morning and midday. The sun was shining into the window and playing on my face, but something inside was telling me it was somewhere around midday. When I stood up from the bed, went to the shower, made the bed, then turned around and went to the wardrobe. I opened it, took out the first suitable look that fell into my eyes, closed the doors and put clothes on me, then added some makeup and put my hair in a bun on the head.
The girl I saw in the mirror was dressed in a light-blue satin wrap-up dress and light blue pump heels. She had a little makeup on her face, making her eyelashes look longer and darker, and nude lipstick on her lips. The bun was adding some negligence to the look of the girl in the mirror.
I smiled to myself, then went out of the bedroom, straight to the children's room, when the voice behind my back, stopped me.
