The knife pierced Lucian's thigh and he groaned. Just as the door opened, Christabel, Asher, and Clara rushed in. they saw Lucian on the floor where Ria was panting for breath with blood over him. Clara rushed to Lucian.
"Christabel, call for the ambulance,'' she screamed out.
"Allen is already coming; he will be here any moment. Asher, help us pull the knife out," Christabel said.
Asher walked to Lucian and held his thigh. He grabbed the knife and gnashed his teeth.
"Wait…" Clara stopped him. He halted. Clara turned her back at him and Lucian.
"Go ahead!" she mumbled as she closed her eyes.
"Alright!'' Asher replied.
