[Donald's Perspective]
A mass of monsters was piled up, blocking the entrance to the cave. Their wolfish eyes revealed nothing but the unsettling whites, devoid of any rational thought. Drool, disgusting enough to induce nausea, hung from their gaping maws, making them look like dogs guarding the 'gate' for Henry!
I slowly narrowed my eyes, a dangerous signal rising within them.
Elliot and Benjamin quickly got behind me, positioning themselves protectively on either side. Christian seemed to come to his senses only then, stepping back with his gun and bending over as he spoke to me in a grave tone, "Please forgive us, Your Majesty. We lost track of the enemy around the outskirts of this forest!"
As he spoke, a flicker of guilt briefly crossed his face. I raised my hand and patted his shoulder, signaling him to continue.
