Henry had hinted so much, how could I still not understand? I glared at him with wide eyes and scornfully rebuked, "You despicable scoundrel, you really would stoop to anything! What have you done to Ruth's mother?"

Upon hearing my rebuke and insults, Henry didn't get angry but laughed instead, as if he found my current expression very amusing, "It seems I won the bet with Levi!"

This jerk had no intention of answering my question. I took a deep breath and looked at him with icy eyes.

"Don't look at me with such resentment. It was just a harmless bet. I bet Levi that when you learned about this, your first reaction would definitely be to ask about that she-wolf first, and sure enough, I won."
