I turned my head toward Christian, who was standing to one side, and said in a soft voice, "Bring that guy over, we'll have to rely on him to lead the way from here."

Elliott, unaware of our recent skirmish with the 'pirates,' turned his head as well toward the silent Christian.

The personal guard captain nodded and turned to leave.
