I said with a sneer, glanced through the window at the naval fleet on the sea, and continued, "I'm giving you 15 minutes to come here; I'll be waiting on my ship."
There was silence on the other side for a while before they started to speak, seemingly trying to change my plan of attack.
"Your Majesty, you can certainly command in person, but if you do not advance and retreat with the navy, I fear some uncontrollable accidents might occur."
"You have so many formidable Lycans on your ship; you really don't need to worry about the safety of your fleet. The navy fleet is what truly needs your presence!" Berton's tone was heartfelt, as if he truly had my and the navy fleet's best interests at heart.
I silently smiled, not accepting the suggestion from the head of the Marine Supervision Bureau, and coldly stated, "Cut the chatter. I have just one question for you: what is the ultimate duty of a soldier?"
