The very next day after I woke up. I fixed my bed, brushed my teeth and went on a quick exercise if you could consider doing 1 push up which was barely properly executed.
So I went on a 30 minute walking-jog. I better start small then gradually add up some more work to do so my body won't be shocked in doing any extreme exercise in the near future.
After my walking-jog, I ate my breakfast which was composed of bread and beans. I better eat a variety of foods to keep myself well nourished. Better focus in eating more lean meat for my future aspiring figure.
Once that's done, I went for a quick shower and decided to go to our nearest local library. I need to keep myself well educated in many areas if I want my plans to succeed for 'Knowledge is Power'.
As I refresh the memories of this body's former occupant, It may be safe to assume that this kid's smart or a even a genius! It's sad that he wasn't nurtured well or else he could have had a brighter path and future. Shame that his potential was not yet noticed.
As I skip giddily towards my destination, I somehow sense something unusual from my surroundings. I don't know what it is but I'm sure it's a magical kind. So I searched and craned my neck as far as it can as I used a bench to support my height only then too see a shop or inn? that's unusually being ignored by people except for the few oddly dressed folks in robes.
Only then did I notice the sign and realized what it was.
"It's the Leaky Cauldron!"
What a glorious find! Who knew it was just a walking distance from the Orphanage. Not only that it's just right across our library! Bloody convenient!
'Fufufufufuufu Subarashi~ I'm so taking advantage of this'
As I placed my widest grin on my face. I skipped my way to cross the road ignoring the library and set my sights towards the iconic Leaky Cauldron and maybe ask the keeper to let me access to the Diagon alley and then try to explore a bit.
As I took a step closer towards the door, I slowly opened it as I held my chest to help calm my hyperventilating heart.
And... I was disappointed with what I saw.
Inside the pub, it was dark and shabby, with a bar and a number of tables in the shadows of the corners. Lonely visage of men drinking alone on their own tables with a drink on their hand.
'Talk about magical depression'
As I process everything I saw, from the pub's interior and ambiance which is I expected to be 'vintage'.
Not quite the fantasy I envisioned it to be. I should have lowered my expectations with the wizard society, knowing how backwards their standards to be. Can't really blame them on how their old traditions work and on how they still look down on anything that is muggle.
'They should at least made it more bright. What's up with gloomy ambiance?'
I thought to myself as I lost my giddy skipping and quickly made my way towards the counter where the bartender is at.
Kidnappers, molesters or just your regular magic man, I can't tell which is which but their stares are giving me the creeps.
I just have to ask him to open the way to Diagon Alley and be on my way. This gloomy place is contagious and creepy.
